Ive been piecing together her back story and googling some Norther water tribe traditions, so...

Kaytika's mother was an earthbender and her father was a waterbender. They fell in love and stayed in Republic city for a few years until Kaytika's mother became pregnant. A few years after Kaytika's birth her mother passed away, so Kaytika and her father left for the Northern water tribe.

A few seemingly calm years passed and Kaytika was of marrying age ((16)) and she had a few suitors. But because of the Northern water tribe tradition, the woman cant choose her husband, her parents do. He father asked who she would like to marry she said none, they had an argument and that is what led to Kaytika to leave the water tribe for Republic city, her birth place.

Having taken mastering levels of healing water bending, she became a sort of doctor for the Pro-bending league. She also works part time at the Watertribe restaurant.

Surprisingly Kaytika has hazel eyes but they mainly look green. She has a braid that is nearly to her elbows ((Im to lazy to draw it xD)) and on the last picture the braid is in a bun. She prefers to follow the Water tribe traditions. She travels with a pet Koala-sheep named Lailen (([link]))

--Is it weird I had a dream about Kaytika?

Well now im going to work with that dream cause I like what I dreamed. xD

A few months after living in republic city, Amons attacks grew more frequent, More benders having their powers taken away. One night Kaytika was walking home from a later shift at the watertribe restaurant. Everything was quiet, almost too quiet. Kaytika was a little freaked out and shes been on edge since Amon started attacking random benders.

Kaytika thought she was in the home stretch when she saw her small apartment nearing. Just as she was going past an alleyway a rope ''zoomed'' out and grabbed her right leg, she fell down on her hands, and was soon dragged into the alleyway.

To say Kaytika was petrified was an understatement! She somehow had her demeanor calm as she was dragged up by her hands, unable to bend. She lifted her face up and was met with the mask of Amon.

She spoke ''W-what are you d-doing?'' her voice betrayed her. ''Benders have to much power in this nation, Im taking your bending away," fearfully she said ''Y-your joking r-right...?'' She could feel the fear pooling in her stomach as his hand came down near her face.

By this time tears were leaking out of her eyes. ''Ple-please, stop!! I-I'll do-" she was cut off when a girl around her age yelled ''Amon!" then said girl jumped over the group of chi-benders along with a tall, fire bender boy and a bit shorter, bulky earth bender. Kaytika moved back as her bindings loosed, but she was soon met with 3 chi-blockers. She had to try and defend herself as the chi-blockers started to attack.

Even though she doesnt like to bend doesnt mean she doesnt know how to. She bended a large whirlpool like wave towards the chi-blockers and she lifted them into the air, she then froze the water ball to a roof. and then proceeded to try to make another wave from sewer water, but one of the chi-blockers shocked her and she was knocked out.
